    Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellation Before 30 Days
      • The booking amount is fully refundable, after deducting applicable transaction charges (if any).
    2. Cancellation Before 15 Days
      • A 50% retention charge will be applied to the total booking amount.
    3. Cancellation Before 7 Days
      • A 75% retention charge will be applied to the total booking amount.
    4. Cancellation Within 48 Hours
      • No refund will be provided.
    5. Blackout or Festival Dates
      • No cancellations or refunds are allowed during blackout or festival dates. A strict no-refund policy applies.

    • Standard Bookings: Cancellations made up to 30 Days before the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund, minus a small processing fee.
    • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the check-in date, a one-night charge will be deducted from the refund.
    • No-show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
    • Non-refundable Bookings: Some special offers or promotional rates may be non-refundable. Please review the booking details at the time of reservation for specific terms related to these rates.
